An employer brand video launching the graduate programme, The Elevation Programme, for the newly formed Frasers Group. 

I directed and edited the film as part of the Wiser Films team. Shot in challenging environments during the pandemic we highlighted the energy, ambition and pace required to be in the programme, attracting the right kind of young talent for Frasers Group.
